All client firm data, call recordings, transcripts, and caller information processed by Sorush reside entirely within the client's own Azure environment
Agentic Employee does not have access to your firm's client data, call content, or any information processed by the Sorush agent in your environment
Data governance, retention policies, and access controls are managed by the client firm within their own Azure subscription
The client dashboard (hosted in Agentic Employee's Azure subscription) communicates with the client VPC via mutual TLS; only aggregated, anonymized performance metrics are transmitted to our systems

4. Data Retention

Website inquiry and form submission data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. We honor all deletion requests promptly.

5. Third-Party Services
